Customers can search for a pharmacy; the services provided and read or leave reviews visible to the public. It is important to respond to reviews, especially negative ones as they can have a detrimental effect on your business and it is also good for pharmacy/patient relations.
The 111 service will also use NHS website to signpost patients to pharmacies for self-care.
You can manage and personalise your pharmacy’s profile adding:
- Pharmacy address
- staff and contact details (phone number, email, website)
- opening hours **including Bank Holiday opening hours** (required as part of the core contract)
- services you provide – Flu, EHC, smoking cessation, HLP, Healthchecks etc
- parking and accessibility
- signposting to local services
All organisations have a profile template and should have received their account, user name and password.
