Annual LPC Budget 2023-24

Every year in January, a draft budget is prepared by the Treasurer, in conjunction with the Book keeper and Chief Officer and is presented to the committee at the January meeting. After discussion and agreement, the budget is amended as necessary and is ratified at the March meeting of the committee. At each consequent meeting, expenditure is reported to the committee against the agreed budget and any risks are discussed. The budget for this financial year is available via the link below:

AGM & Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23

Community Pharmacy Suffolk will be holding its Annual General Meeting online and face-to-face on Wednesday, 20th September 2023 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. You can book your place HERE.

At the AGM, the Annual Report and Financial Reports for the financial year April 2022-March 2023 will be presented and approval sought:

All Independent Contractors have been emailed a remote voting form to the shared NHS email account for the pharmacy premise’s. Voting for CCA pharmacies will be conducted by Head Offices.

All Contractors are welcome to attend the AGM. However only the Contractor themselves, or the Head Office of a Multiple/ CCA pharmacy can cast a vote.
